Welcome! By signing up for a membership at Workspace at The Gray Goose, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership Options
Your membership includes access to the amenities outlined in your selected plan:
Private Office – Fully furnished, lockable office for 1–2 people, with 24/7 access and full amenities.
Small Office (Cube Dedicated) – Semi-private workspace with locking storage, 24/7 access, and shared amenities.
Dedicated Desk – Your own desk with file cabinet and locker, 24/7 access, and shared amenities.
Floating Desk – Flexible access to any open desk (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–6 PM), locker space included.
Virtual Office – Business address, mail handling, and access to book meeting rooms.
All memberships include high-speed fiber internet, kitchen/lounge access, meeting room credits, and discounts on rentals at The Loft at Gray Goose.
Rent Increases
Workspace at The Gray Goose reserves the right to increase the monthly membership fees. Members will be provided with at least thirty (30) days' written notice of any such increase, sent via email to the member's registered email address. Continued membership after the effective date of a rent increase constitutes acceptance of the new fee.
Term and Cancellation
All memberships are month-to-month.
You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice via email to workspaceatgraygoose@gmail.com.
Workspace at The Gray Goose may terminate a membership with 30 days’ notice, or immediately in the event of non-payment or violations of this agreement or our community guidelines.
Payments & Security Deposits
Membership fees are charged on the 1st of each month via credit card.
A security deposit is required upon joining (refundable upon cancellation, minus any damages or unpaid fees).
Late fees apply to payments made after the 5th of the month (10% of balance).
Lost or unreturned keycards are subject to a $35 replacement fee.
Printing & Meeting Room Credits
Monthly printing and meeting room credits vary by membership level:
Printing Limits:
Private Office: 200 B&W / 25 color pages
Dedicated Desk: 100 B&W / 10 color pages
Floating & Cube: 50 B&W / 5 color pages
Meeting Room Access:
Private Office: 6 credits/month
Dedicated Desk: 4 credits/month
Floating Desk: 2 credits/month
Virtual Office: 2 hours/month (during business hours)
Extra printing and room hours can be purchased as needed.
Workspace Use & Policies
The space is for business use only.
No subletting or sharing of memberships.
You are responsible for any guests, who must be accompanied at all times.
Keep noise at respectful levels; use phone booths or meeting rooms for extended calls.
No illegal activities, smoking, or hazardous materials allowed on the premises.
Do not leave personal belongings in shared spaces unless your membership includes storage.
Parking
Onsite parking is first come, first served and shared with other tenants.
Street parking and the city lot across Centerway are also available.
Visitor parking spaces may not be used by members.
Security & Liability
Your belongings are your responsibility; Workspace at The Gray Goose is not liable for loss or damage.
Members with physical offices are required to maintain $1 million in liability insurance and provide proof before move-in.
Workspace at The Gray Goose is not liable for business interruptions beyond our control (e.g. power outages, events, weather).
Community Guidelines
To maintain a welcoming and professional environment, all members are expected to:
Treat others with respect and courtesy.
Clean up shared spaces after use.
Report maintenance issues promptly.
Refrain from sharing keycards or allowing unauthorized access.
Media & Promotion
By joining, you give Workspace at The Gray Goose permission to use your name, logo, and photos of the space (which may include you) for promotional purposes. If you'd like to opt out, simply email us at workspaceatgraygoose@gmail.com.
Agreement Confirmation
By completing your membership signup, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to the terms of this agreement and our community policies.
Cobot is the web platform used by WorkSpace at the Gray Goose to provide this website.
